四月十日，倭国外相于内阁会议奏呈二〇二六版《外交蓝皮书》，将中国从“最重要双边关系之一”变更为“重要邻国”。
此语虽为当下双边关系之客观叙说，于外交形式上并无关联，然辞微旨远，暗含三重深意：
一曰对当前双边紧张关系之无可奈何；
二曰向中方传递欲接触之姿态；
三曰以外交辞令施压。
无论倭国言行如何，其作为美国东亚爪牙、牵制中国之角色从未改变。纵有百般说辞、万般粉饰，其本质终难移易。
On April 10, Japan's Foreign Minister submitted the 2026 edition of the *Diplomatic Bluebook* to the cabinet meeting, revising the description of China from "one of the most important bilateral relationships" to an "important neighbor."
While this wording objectively reflects the current state of bilateral relations and seems formally unrelated to diplomatic ties, it carries three distinct implications:
1. A sense of powerlessness amid strained bilateral relations;
2. A subtle signal of willingness to engage with China;
3. Diplomatic pressure through rhetorical means.
Regardless of Japan's words or actions, its role as a U.S. proxy in East Asia to contain China remains unchanged. No amount of rhetoric or posturing can alter this fundamental reality.
